In addition to her work as a strategist, Rosalba hosts Foro Indígena, a platform amplifying Indigenous voices and fostering dialogue on critical issues. Her expertise also extends to the implementation of ethical AI, where she combines her legal background with her strategic leadership in technology.

Dr. Flor de Guadalupe Ortiz Gómez is a research scientist and telecommunications engineer specializing in AI-driven solutions for digital security and non-terrestrial networks. Her research focuses on generative AI tools and predictive models to optimize communication systems, ensuring efficiency, adaptability, and sustainability.


As a Research Scientist at the University of Luxembourg’s SnT, Flor leads projects that enhance global connectivity while addressing critical challenges in digital safety. Her contributions are integral to developing scalable and secure systems for advanced satellite communications.


For initiatives like Bats'il, Flor applies her software engineering and research expertise to create AI tools that detect and mitigate digital threats, such as deepfakes. Her commitment to ethical technology drives solutions that empower vulnerable communities and foster safer, more inclusive digital spaces.
